The vision of the Minority Design Build Initiative is provide an internal solution to the problem of Minority Consultants and Contractors consistently missing opportunities due to the fact that they are not legally, financially or experienced in Design Build delivery process.
The ASCE American Society of Civil Engineers infrastructure report card indicate that 2trillion dollars need to be spent to protect the nations infrastructure. Nearly 40% of the expenditure will be through design build methodology.
