  1. Electronic versions of the specifications are available on the FTP site above or via email (please send request to subject line “Rouge Woods Apartment Plans & Specifications)  Brent Westberg at bwestberg1@westconstruction.com
  2. A hardcopy will be available for review at the office of West Construction Services.  Individual sections may be made available to copy but will not leave the office (prior notice required). 
  3. Hard  Copy Plans will only be available in the following formats:
    1. Plans in 11” x 17” format for pick up
    2. One full set of plans are available in our office for review during standard business hours. 
    3. Full scale plans are available for purchase through Dunn Blue located on maple Road in Troy.  (Please note that you will need to contact WCS prior to stopping by for pick up).
  4. Access the site:  There is a lock box on the Fenkell street gate.  Combination is WIG.  Key in lock box for gate and for building.  Please return key to lock box.

3.      Timeline (days) to complete your portion of the work.

4.      For new subcontractors and vendors that have not previously worked with WCS, please provide the following with your bid:

a.       Years in business

b.      Business address, phone, email, website, etc.

c.       Personnel:  Employees or subcontractors?

d.      Copy of License

e.       Copy of insurance

f.       List an organizations or affiliations you may have.

g.       Three (3) client references

h.      Three (3) trade references
